We are looking for an experienced company manager who would take responsibility for the company's operations, strategy, financial business results, team, and business growth.

Job description:
Implement a strategic decision, the purpose of which is to separate the company's design department and establish it as an independently operating company.
Development - development of new business areas, including the creation and development of HVAC design competence. Search for customers in export markets.
Strengthening the company's positioning and competitiveness in the market - the goal is to design all building engineering systems from one source.
Responsibility for the company's turnover, profitability and key performance results.
Business development in Lithuania, attracting new customers and projects and developing relationships with key customers.
Project portfolio and commercial activity management.
Control of the company's finances, budget and operational efficiency.
Team growth from 25 to 50 employees over the next 3 / 4 years, development of organizational structure and competencies.
Ensuring design activity processes and quality.
Making other decisions related to the company's activities and strategic development.
Preparing reports for management.

Successful experience in leading a company or a significant business unit for at least 3 years.
Experience in managing business financial results, budget and team.
Experience in business development, sales and customer management.
Strong leadership, organizational and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented, initiative and ability to make independent decisions.
Higher education.
Knowledge of the design, construction, building engineering sector is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
Category B driver's license.
Experience in managing business financial results, budget and team.
Experience in business development, sales and customer management.
Strong leadership, organizational and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented, initiative and ability to make independent decisions.
Higher education.
Knowledge of the design, construction, building engineering sector is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
