Nature of work
- communication with clients, architects and interior designers;
- clarification of client needs and technical information;
- drawing up product and project drawings;
- preparation of commercial offers and orders;
- filling orders, checking technical information and transferring them to production;
- coordination of projects from order confirmation to product delivery;
- cooperation with production staff;
- monitoring project progress and deadlines;
- acceptance of shipments and goods delivered to the company;
- checking documents for received goods and registering goods in the company's accounting system.
Employee requirements
- you have experience in project management, order administration or similar work;
- you know or have the basics of drawing technical drawings;
- you are able to understand technical information and dimensions;
- you work well with a computer and quickly learn to use new programs;
- you are meticulous, responsible and attentive to details;
- you are able to independently plan work and solve emerging issues;
- you know how to communicate clearly and professionally;
- you have a driver's license.
Experience in the field of door, furniture, construction or interior production would be a great advantage. Experience working with drawing and accounting programs would also be considered an advantage.
