OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Formation of the design team, organization and coordination of its work throughout the project;
- Until the own design team is formed – selection of subcontractors (SA, SK, engineering parts), coordination of work and distribution of tasks;
- Management of the process of preparing the technical work project, ensuring a smooth flow of information between all participants;
- Creation of project preparation schedules, planning of deadlines and control of their adherence;
- Ensuring that all design solutions are prepared on time and meet the customer's requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with residential properties (advantage);
- Experience working with a team or desire to gain experience;
- Higher education in civil engineering, architecture or another related field;
- Ability to identify and manage risks;
- Skills in working with AutoCAD, Office, general digital literacy.
