📍 About the position
Responsibilities:
- Manage the design process of real estate projects - from the formation of the design task to the receipt of the SLD and a positive TDP expertise conclusion; supervise and administer the control of project implementation;
- Fully coordinate the work of designers and the project team, from the initial stage to the final implementation, ensuring the smooth progress of all stages and compliance of the planned solutions with applicable regulations, laws and the needs of the customer;
- In cooperation with the real estate development team, assess the solutions of the planning and construction permitting documents for newly acquired plots of land;
- Create a project schedule and ensure control of its implementation, foresee possible risks, manage them in order to achieve results on time and within the planned budget;
- Cooperate with the project team, customer and builder, ensuring a clear flow of information and prompt decision-making;
- Prepare, coordinate, sign and supervise the execution of contracts. Monitor that design solutions meet the planned budget, are implemented on time and with high quality;
- Organize the design processes of engineering networks and transportation communications - from obtaining connection conditions to final adjustments and ensuring mandatory conclusions;
- Initiate and administer the conclusion of infrastructure development contracts between the customer and the municipality;
- Take care of the preparation of territorial planning documents, their corrections or amendments, in order to comply with legal requirements and the interests of the organization.
💡 Requirements
- Higher education in the field of design;
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of project management;
- At least 3 years of work experience in leading a team;
- Knowledge of regulations for the preparation of construction, design, STR and territorial planning documents;
- Good knowledge of working with project management tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc. programs);
- Ability to manage stressful and non-standard situations;
- Independence, initiative and a responsible attitude to work.
