📍 About the position
We are looking for an experienced Design Process Manager to join our team and help create high-quality, thoughtful and long-lasting real estate projects. Together, we will manage the entire design process and create projects that will become a visible part of Lithuanian cities.
Responsibilities:

- Manage the design process of real estate projects from the formation of the design task to receiving the SLD and TDP expertise;
- Coordinate the work of designers, consultants and the internal project team, ensuring a smooth design process;
- Plan the design schedule, budget, manage risks and control deadlines;
- Evaluate design solutions and ensure their compliance with legal acts, customer needs and project budget;
- Coordinate issues of territorial planning, infrastructure, engineering networks and transportation communications;
- Prepare and administer design-related contracts and cooperate with municipalities, institutions and other project partners.
💡 Requirements
- Higher education in the field of design;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of project management;
- At least 1 year of work experience in leading a team;
- Knowledge of regulations for the preparation of construction, design, STR and territorial planning documents;
- Good knowledge of working with project management tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc. programs);
- Ability to manage stressful and non-standard situations;
- Independence, initiative and a responsible approach to work.
