Nature of work:
- Lead the design processes of large-scale residential areas in Vilnius.
- Formulate design tasks and coordinate the work of design teams.
- Manage design schedules, budgets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance of design solutions with legal acts, technical regulations and business objectives.
- Organize project coordination with institutions, utility network managers and other interested parties.
- Evaluate design solutions from a technical, economic and functional point of view.
- Cooperate with real estate development, construction, sales and marketing teams.
- Identify risks and propose effective solutions for project implementation.
We look forward to hearing from you
- Higher education in architecture, civil engineering or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience managing design processes in a real estate development or design company.
- Excellent knowledge of the construction process, territorial planning and design regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Ability to coordinate designers and partners from different fields.
- Strong planning, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Independence, responsibility and result-oriented.
