A modern construction company, successfully implementing large-scale projects, is looking for a Design Project Manager to join its growing team. The main responsibilities of this position are:
- Coordinating all parts of the project ensuring smooth execution of all phases of the project from start to finish.
- Scheduling, control and identification of potential risks for the preparation of project parts in order to ensure the successful implementation of the project on time and according to the budget.
- Working with the project team, the customer, the builder, ensuring the smooth transfer of information and decision-making.
- Coordination of the compatibility of different parts of the project, ensuring that all parts of the project are compatible with each other and meet the established requirements.
- Active involvement in various tasks (presentation of projects, preparation of documents, technical analysis, etc.) related to the implementation of new projects.
We hope you:
- You have a higher engineering education (advantage if in the field of construction or architecture).
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of construction design or management.
- You work fluently with MS Office programs, you have basic AutoCAD skills. Working with 3D models would be a big plus.
- You are able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation;
- You have analytical thinking, attention to details and good communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively with the team.
