WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Higher education in architecture, civil engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in design or design management.
- Ability to understand and critically evaluate different parts of a project – architecture, structures, engineering solutions and site solutions.
- Knowledge of construction and design processes, legislation and STR.
- Ability to formulate clear design tasks, coordinate designers and evaluate their solutions in a reasoned manner.
- Systemic thinking, attention to detail and the ability to see the project as a whole, ensuring its technical and qualitative level.
- Clear and constructive communication and the ability to manage the interests of different project participants.
- Skills in working with AutoCAD and MS Office; BIM / 3D modeling experience and a project manager certificate would be an advantage.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will form design tasks (TP) and contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design standards.
- You will review design proposals and site plan solutions, assess their mutual compatibility, compliance with the task, and architectural and engineering quality.
- You will coordinate work with designers, provide them with comments, record discrepancies and ensure that they are resolved.
- You will supervise the quality of the technical working design (TDP) and participate in design meetings with designers.
- You will prepare the technical description of the project and requirements for the selection of the general contractor, coordinating them with the construction, sales and real estate project management teams.
- In full-fledged projects, you will be responsible for the TDP part related to the finishing.
- You will constantly improve design standards and look for solutions on how to optimize projects while maintaining the expected quality level.
