- UAB „EIKA Construction“
Our company employs over 200 people, where design and construction take place together. You will lead a construction project from the beginning of the design to the handover documentation of the construction and organize the solutions of all parts of the project so that they work as a single whole on the construction site. In this position, you will:
- You will manage a specific construction project and coordinate all design stages.
- You will manage a team of designers, make key project decisions in accordance with legal acts and building regulations
- You will create a schedule for the preparation of project parts, monitor deadlines and budget, identify risks in a timely manner and manage them.
- You will coordinate the work of the team.
- You will coordinate project part solutions with each other.
- You will resolve design and coordination issues with the client, state and municipal institutions.
- You will participate in the construction handover procedure
- You will contribute to the presentations and technical analysis of new projects.

It would be an advantage if:
- Have a higher university education in construction, architecture or other engineering.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in design project management and at least 2 years of managerial work experience.
- Be able to read and evaluate drawings, diagrams and design documentation of internal and external parts of large projects.
- Work with design, project management programs and MS Office.
- Have a good command of Lithuanian and at least one foreign language (English or Russian).
- Independently find problems and propose solutions, communicate clearly with customers, designers and institutions.
It would be an advantage if:
- Have a qualification certificate of a special construction project manager and/or a construction project manager.
- Work with AutoCAD and 3D models.
