Job description:
- Lead a team of 5 designers - plan work, distribute tasks and ensure smooth project implementation;
- Organize the work of the design department, control deadlines and project quality;
- Design more complex glass, glass-metal and other non-standard construction solutions;
- Prepare production drawings and technical documentation;
- Cooperate with sales, production and installation departments;
- Improve design processes and implement more efficient work methods;
- Consult the team on technical issues and contribute to the professional growth of employees.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical education (in the field of civil engineering - an advantage);
- At least 5 years of design experience;
- Experience working with the design of glass, metal or other non-standard structures;
- Team management or project coordination experience - an advantage;
- Excellent AutoCAD skills, good MS Excel skills;
- SolidWorks knowledge - an advantage;
- Ability to plan work, make technical decisions and motivate the team;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
