Your responsibilities:
- You will ensure the effective work of the Design Management Department, prioritization of activities and optimal allocation of resources;
- You will create a team culture based on openness, partnership and responsibility, rally the team around common goals and strengthen its competencies;
- You will coordinate the design management processes carried out by the team and help the team solve project issues;
- You will ensure the quality of design processes, adherence to deadlines and effective mutual cooperation;
- You will supervise the implementation of design contracts and help the team manage emerging challenges;
- You will cooperate with designers, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects;
- You will represent the interests of the customer in implementing projects important to the city;
- You will participate in preparing public procurement documents for design services and forming design management standards and processes;
- You will be a strategic team partner, helping to make decisions, strengthen processes and ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- You will be responsible for planning the department's budget and effective cooperation with other departments of the company.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university degree in architecture, civil engineering or another related field;
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of managerial experience in the field of design or design management;
- You have strong leadership and team building competencies - you are able to inspire, mobilize and grow a team;
- You are familiar with design and construction processes and project management principles;
- You are able to think strategically, make decisions regarding priority management and resource allocation;
- You communicate effectively and collaborate with different stakeholders;
- Your English language skills are at least B1 level;
- You have good computer skills;
- Effective time planning and use of available resources;
- You have an impeccable reputation and a responsible attitude to work.
