Your responsibilities:
- Design contract management: you will ensure the implementation of design contracts according to deadlines and budget - from the beginning of design to the signing of contract works, you will coordinate the work of designers and cooperation between the client, designer and institutions; at the stage of contract works, you will ensure that relevant project releases are prepared on time.
- Stakeholder management: you will promote effective cooperation between the client, designers, institutions and communities - you will manage their expectations, ensuring smooth implementation of contracts.
- Analysis of object development possibilities: you will analyze the development possibilities of objects - you will assess the client's tasks and objectives, apply territorial planning regulations and legal acts, determine the scope of design and construction and indicators according to budget and deadlines.
- Work with documents: you will prepare documents for the procurement of design services - from technical tasks to architectural competition tasks or bid evaluation documents; ensure that they meet the needs of the client, architectural quality criteria and legal requirements.
- Quality Assurance: you will take care of the quality of projects, ensuring that technical solutions are rational and justified, and design work is completed on time and within the budget.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education - in the field of architecture or engineering;
- Have at least 3 years of similar work experience in design management;
- Are certified as a construction project manager and/or a project part manager and/or in the field of immovable cultural heritage protection - an advantage;
- Are able to effectively plan time and manage resources;
- Have experience in managing projects with MS Project or other project management tools;
- Have excellent knowledge of legislation and legal regulations related to design and construction processes;
- Are proactive, able to work in a team and accept challenges and innovations
- Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and have B1+ knowledge of English;
- Have an impeccable personal and professional reputation.
