We are looking for a manager who is able to not only sell, but also manage the entire cycle of a complex commercial project.
In this position, you will lead project sales activities, including auction services, export and tender sales, wholesale transactions and other non-standard commercial projects.

Nature of work
- Formulate and implement a project sales strategy;
- Achieve the division's revenue, margin and profitability goals;
- Lead the project sales team;
- Develop auction service sales and car search projects according to customer needs;
- Develop export transactions and new foreign markets;
- Prepare commercial offers, project budgets and pricing;
- Participate in key negotiations;
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance and legal teams;
- Analyze results and provide management with clear performance forecasts.).
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales;
- You have led a team or high-value commercial projects;
- You are able to independently conduct complex negotiations;
- You understand sales margin, cost, cash flow and commercial risk;
- You are able to simultaneously manage several projects of different scope;
- You know how to create a structure where the process is not yet fully standardized;
- You speak and write well in Lithuanian and English;
- We will consider experience in the automotive, parts, machinery or industrial goods market as an advantage;
