WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
Participate in the construction project implementation process and ensure the smooth implementation of technical solutions;
Analyze project documentation, drawings and technical specifications;
Prepare, administer and control project documentation;
Organize and coordinate orders for materials, equipment and services;
Cooperate with construction managers, subcontractors, designers and other project participants;
Control the quantities of work performed, prepare acts of work performed and other technical documentation;
Contribute to project deadlines, quality and budget control.

WE EXPECT THAT THE CANDIDATE:
You have a university or higher education in civil engineering;
You are familiar with construction processes and are able to read technical drawings;
You have work experience in construction projects (an advantage);
You are able to plan your work, analyze information and solve problems;
You are responsible, meticulous and result-oriented;
You have good computer skills (MS Office);
You are able to communicate in Lithuanian; knowledge of English or Russian would be an advantage.
