In your daily work you will be responsible for:
- Organization of tenders for the purchase of construction materials, products and subcontractors' works, price analysis and evaluation, participation in negotiations and all their stages;
- Systematization of received information, preparation of tender tables and submission to the manager;
- Preparation of contracts, coordination of additional agreements;
- Verification of subcontractors' acts or quantities of actually performed work, transfer of information to the manager;
- Administration of subcontractors'/designers' contracts and control of deadlines;
- Updating, preparation, maintenance and archiving of project documents.
What we expect:
- Higher education in construction/engineering;
- Knowledge of construction technical and technological processes, laws regulating construction, project preparation and implementation requirements;
- Diligence, ability to work independently and in a team, logical thinking and negotiation skills;
- Excellent working skills in MS Office programs, communication in English (advantage);
- At least 1 year of similar work experience.
