NTX Construction is expanding its team and is looking for a Project Engineer.
We are looking for someone who wants to not only perform their daily tasks, but also be an important part of the project team. In this position, you will work together with project managers and construction managers, coordinate subcontractor bidding processes, administer project documentation and contribute to the smooth implementation of projects.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will organize and carry out subcontractor selection and tendering processes;
- You will analyze the received offers, prepare their comparisons and participate in negotiations;
- You will prepare, administer and coordinate the process of concluding subcontracts;
- You will check the acts of completed work, bills of quantities and other project-related documents;
- You will collect, administer and systematize project documentation;
- You will cooperate with the project team, designers, client and subcontractors;
- You will contribute to the smooth planning and coordination of the project.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have a higher education in civil engineering;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in the construction sector (general contracting experience would be an advantage);
- You are able to read technical drawings and design documentation;
- You are responsible, meticulous and able to plan your work;
- You work well with MS Office programs (AutoCAD, MS Project or BIM knowledge is an advantage);
- You have a category B driver's license.
Salary
