Project engineer

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and technically minded project engineer who would coordinate the implementation of projects from proposal preparation to completion of the facility.

Job Description:

Analyze technical project documentation and assess the scope of work.
Prepare commercial proposals, calculate project costs and submit price proposals.
Negotiate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
Organize procurement of materials and services, conduct supplier surveys, evaluate proposals based on price, delivery terms, technical specifications and quality.
Order construction materials and coordinate their supply to facilities.
Control the quantities, delivery terms and use of materials.
Cooperate with project managers to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
Prepare acts of completed work, other documentation of executive work.
Manage and prepare facility handover and final documentation.
Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with contractual obligations, deadlines and quality requirements.

Higher or higher engineering education (in the field of construction engineering - an advantage).
Experience in the field of construction project management, estimate preparation or technical evaluation - an advantage.
Ability to analyze technical drawings and design documentation.
Good computer skills (MS Office); experience working with estimate, project management or accounting programs - an advantage.
Ability to plan work, negotiate and make decisions.
Responsibility, diligence, result orientation.
Category B driver's license.
