Nature of work
Long-term work on business trips in the Netherlands.
Ensure that employees working on business trips comply with the company's internal work rules and established requirements.
Coordinate and assist in resolving employee accommodation, transportation to and from the workplace and other organizational issues related to the business trip.
Allocation of living spaces for employees and organization of appropriate provision of premises.
Prepare periodic activity reports and submit them to the project manager in a timely manner.

Employee requirements
Similar work experience or practical experience in coordinating employees' activities on business trips would be an advantage.
Valid driver's license and the ability to independently organize trips and solve logistical issues.
Good knowledge of English and Russian, allowing for effective communication with employees, partners and clients.
Responsible attitude to work, excellent communication skills, ability to make quick decisions and work independently.
High personal discipline, reliability and orientation towards quality results.
