In this position you:
- I will coordinate the implementation of the international T-RISE project at Vytautas Magnus University, ensuring the smooth implementation of project activities and achievement of results.
- I will cooperate with partners of the international Transform4Europe alliance, academic and administrative departments of the university, business and public sector organizations.
- I will initiate and coordinate activities aimed at strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- I will initiate and implement the development of mentoring and pre-acceleration programs at the university.
- I will coordinate entrepreneurship, innovation and competence development activities, including training, mentoring initiatives, micro-credential development and other project activities.
- I will contribute to the development of international partnerships, dissemination of project results and ensuring the long-term impact of the T-RISE initiative.
We hope you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in managing or coordinating international projects.
- Have implemented projects of the European Union or other international funding programs.
- Are able to plan and coordinate complex activities, mobilize different stakeholders and ensure the implementation of common goals.
- Are knowledgeable in the fields of innovation, technology transfer, entrepreneurship and/or science and business cooperation.
- Have excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
- Are fluent in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
- Have a higher university education.
We will consider it an advantage if
- Have experience in implementing EIT, Horizon Europe or other international projects.
- Have experience in collaborating with international partner consortia.
- Have organized international events, training or entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Are able to work in a dynamic international environment and make decisions independently.
