What will your working day look like?
You will be the main contact for the customer: you will discuss needs, deadlines, work progress and resolve any issues that arise;
You will form a team and distribute employees to objects according to the needs of the project;
You will organize work on the project and promptly resolve problems, often remotely;
I plan employee rotation schedules, travel and rest time;
I coordinate employee accommodation;
I control the accounting of hours worked and project results;

What do we expect from you?
Knowledge of construction processes. Must understand what is happening on site and communicate with the client and workers;
Project management experience (project manager, site manager or similar position);
Very good written and oral knowledge of English and Russian;
Higher education (technical, engineering, management or project management);
Ability to read and analyze projects and documentation;
Very good computer skills;
Quick orientation, attentiveness and ability to work in a team.
Experience in a similar company (in the field of employee secondment, shipbuilding or construction abroad) will be a great advantage.
