What will you do?
- You will plan, coordinate and supervise industrial and engineering projects.
- Deadlines, budgets and scope of work.
- You will maintain contact with customers, suppliers, contractors and other people involved in the project.
- You will take care of project documentation and its management.
- You will organize the work of the team and subcontractors.
- Follow the progress of the project, identify risks and make the necessary decisions.
- You will prepare reports for management and customers.
- You will solve emerging problems promptly.
- You will participate in meetings in Lithuania and abroad.
- You will go on short business trips when the project requires it.
What are we hoping for
- Higher education – engineering, technical, management or related field.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and Polish.
- English or Russian – an advantage.
- Ability to plan and organize work without much supervision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
- Category B driver's license.
- Preparation for short business trips in Lithuania and abroad.
