Nature of work
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our real estate projects in Vilnius and be responsible for the smooth implementation of the project – from design, coordination to preparation of the project for sale.
This position will require coordinating different project participants, monitoring deadlines, resolving issues, and ensuring that the project moves according to plan.

Primary responsibilities
Planning, coordination and control of the entire real estate project.
Coordination of designers, architects, contractors and other specialists.
Management of project deadlines, stages and priorities.
Coordination of design solutions and documentation.
Communication with the municipality, the Center of Registers and other institutions.
Control of the project budget and costs.
Identification of emerging problems and organization of solutions.
Organization of meetings, control of decisions and agreements.
Assessment and prevention of project risks.
Coordination of project preparation for sale.
Reporting to the project owner / management for the progress and results of the project.

Employee requirements
At least 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience.
Experience in real estate, construction, reconstruction, repair or similar projects.
Ability to independently manage a project and take responsibility for the result.
Experience in coordinating specialists and contractors from different fields.
Good planning, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage several processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze information, assess risks and make decisions.
Good computer skills.
Category B driver's license.
Lithuanian language - excellent, English - an advantage.
Experience in real estate, construction, reconstruction, repair or similar projects.
Ability to independently manage a project and take responsibility for the result.

The final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, competence and ability to independently manage the project and take responsibility for its outcome.
