Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the need and scope of investment projects of the design/construction phase related to the "Rail Baltica" program with internal and external partners
- Prepare information and perform actions regarding the inclusion of projects in the company's investment and procurement plans
- Ensure that the documents necessary for the implementation of projects are prepared in a high-quality, proper and timely manner (Project plan, technical specifications, technical tasks, procurement documents, etc.)
- Organize, plan, manage, execute and control the implementation of projects within the established quality, budget and time constraints
- Make decisions on project implementation issues, plan and manage the activities of project implementation working group members and organize their work
- Assess and manage project implementation risks, implement risk management measures
- Initiate and participate in procurement procedures for project implementation
- Ensure the execution, management and administration of transactions for project implementation
- Perform other functions of the project manager as determined by the company's internal legal acts
What we expect?
- Higher education
- Work experience in the field of project management
- At least 2 successfully implemented infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of advanced project management models
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating the construction process
- Knowledge of clerical work, document preparation rules
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
- Microsoft Office computer skills
