DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a German company responsible for providing catering and retail services to German military personnel, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Rukla. We are looking for a strong leader who is able to manage medium and large-scale projects, lead a team, and ensure effective project organization.

NATURE OF WORK:
Manage the daily activities of the team and ensure smooth organization of processes;
Coordinate administrative, sales and catering processes;
Plan, organize and control project activities;
Lead the team, ensure effective work organization and employee motivation;
Ensure control of supply of goods, inventory management and sales point activities;
Control financial and administrative processes;
Cooperate with the client and other project partners;
Prepare reports and ensure compliance with quality standards.

WORKING HOURS:
Regular working hours – 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 working days);
Flexible work schedule;
Overtime may be applied if the client needs it;
Overtime is usually compensated by providing additional rest time.

WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING?
Experience in managing medium to large-scale projects;
German language skills at C2 level (excellent understanding and writing of complex texts);
Experience in the Retail or Travel Retail sector (Advantage);
Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills;
Ability to make decisions and plan work effectively.
Experience in managing Catering projects (Advantage).
