Nature of work
- Construction project management from idea to delivery;
- Preparation of project implementation schedules and control of execution;
- Communication with contractors, coordinating institutions;
- Management of the construction manager and other engineering teams on the construction site;
- Administration of project documentation;
- Control of the selection of contractors and subcontractors and their management.
Employee requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a construction project manager;
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, knowledge of processes and technologies of all parts of the project;
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills, ability to effectively lead a team.
