PROJECT MANAGER FOR IT PROJECT

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Project Manager with strong project management skills to contribute to the digitalization of the organization and the implementation of strategic changes. In this position, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and successful implementation of a strategic IT project, ensuring that technological solutions create the greatest value for the organization.

We will entrust you with:

• lead a strategic IT project from initiation to successful implementation,
• analyze business needs and together with stakeholders, formulate and plan IT solutions,
• prepare a project plan, manage deadlines, budget, scope and quality,
• coordinate the work of internal teams, external suppliers and partners,
• ensure effective project communication between business and IT teams,
• manage project risks, dependencies and changes,
• ensure the implementation of information system integrations, data quality and process efficiency requirements,
• organize meetings to discuss the progress of the project, prepare progress reports and present the results to management,
• advise business representatives on technological options and the choice of the best solutions,
• contribute to the development of project management methodologies, standards and best practices in the organization.

It would be great if you:

• have a higher university education (in IT, informatics, business information systems, management or a related field),
• have at least 3 years of experience in managing information systems or other IT projects,
• have experience working with different stakeholder groups and external suppliers,
• have good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methods),
• are able to identify, analyze and manage project risks,
• have analytical thinking, result orientation and ability to make decisions,
• have excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills,
• are fluent in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing.

Additional advantages:

• Project Management (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile Practitioner (Scrum Master, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, etc.) certifications,
• Experience in implementing or developing ERP, CRM, GIS, data analytics or other business-critical solutions,
• Experience in managing organizational changes or digitalization initiatives.
