Nature of work
- Effective planning of the construction work progress and ensuring control of deadlines.
- Control and ensuring the implementation of financial indicators of projects.
- Control of technological requirements for project construction and quality assurance.
- Coordination and control of construction project participants.
- Cooperation with the client on project management issues.
- Appropriate selection of subcontractors and their management.
- Ensuring compliance with work safety and environmental requirements.
- Administration of project documentation.
Requirements for the employee
- Higher technical education in the field of civil engineering.
- Work experience of at least 5 years.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and general contracting principles.
- Result orientation, ability to quickly absorb information and use it effectively.
- Ability to plan, analyze and make economically sound decisions.
- Ability to work with AutoCad, MS Project programs.
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills, ability to effectively organize activities and lead a team.
- Ability to independently organize one's own activities, solve problems, make decisions.
