Nature of work
- Working with the INFOSTATYBA system (notifications about the start of construction work, completion of construction, SUA acts).
- Preparing and submitting applications to institutions (e.g.: VERT).
- Completing executive documentation according to LITGRID AB requirements and uploading it to systems (MS Teams, DALUX).
- Assistance in filling out the electronic construction work log.
- Administration of insurances, bank guarantees.
- Preparing letters and responses to customers, suppliers and institutions.
- Assistance in the process of coordinating projects with municipalities, NŽT, KPD and other institutions.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (can be a final year student) in civil engineering, energy or similar field.
- Want to gain real experience in infrastructure/energy project management.
- You are able to plan your time responsibly and meet deadlines.
- You have good communication skills and want to work in a team.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Excellent oral and written Lithuanian.
