Job description:
Supervision and coordination of equipment work.
Planning, supervision and control of crew work.
Prompt resolution of daily issues and challenges at facilities.
Communication with plot owners, clarification of their needs and coordination of tasks.
Ensuring deadlines, quality and safety requirements for work.

Employee requirements
Experience in management, work organization or similar field.
Knowledge of the principles of technical operation (an advantage for flats).
Forestry knowledge is a great advantage (education, courses or practical experience).
Good negotiation skills and the ability to communicate constructively with landowners.
Quick decision-making and the ability to respond quickly to changing situations.
Ability to plan work and coordinate several tasks at the same time.
Result-oriented, independent and responsible.
Driver's license (category B).
Ability to travel throughout Lithuania.
