Nature of work
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing international company that is currently looking for a responsible, organized and proactive team member. The Project Administrator will be responsible for the smooth running of project administration processes, documentation management and communication with employees.
Main responsibilities:

- Personnel coordination in foreign projects;
- Organization of employee business trips;
- Implementation of employee rotation;
- Preparation of documentation and reports;
- Data entry and management in internal systems;
- Assistance to the project manager in daily processes.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education;
- Experience in project, personnel management or administration is an advantage;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Russian is an advantage;
- Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Responsibility, diligence, quick orientation and ability to work in a team.
