Nature of work
"Trust" is looking for a responsible, organized and proactive team member who would ensure the smoothness of international project administration processes, manage documentation and communicate with employees.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of personnel in foreign projects;
- Resolving problematic situations related to personnel;
- Organizing and ensuring employee travel to/from projects;
- Preparing documentation and reports;
- Entering and managing data in internal systems;
- Assisting project coordinators and managers in daily processes;
- Carrying out the recruitment process of potential candidates when needed.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education;
- Experience in project, personnel management or administration is an advantage;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Russian is an advantage;
- Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Responsibility, diligence, quick orientation and ability to work in a team.
