Nature of work
"Trust" is looking for an organized, team-oriented and dynamic team member who would ensure the smoothness of international project administration processes, manage documentation and communicate with third-party employees.
Main responsibilities:

- Coordination of personnel in foreign projects;
- Organization and provision of employee travel to/from projects;
- Preparation of documentation and reports;
- Data entry and management in internal systems;
- Assistance to project coordinators and managers in daily processes;
- Resolving problematic situations related to personnel;
- Carrying out the recruitment process of potential candidates when necessary.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher university education;
- Experience in project, personnel management or administration is an advantage;
- Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken);
- Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Diligence, responsibility and organization;
- Ability to solve problems and remain calm in unexpected situations, including outside of working hours.
