- UAB „Termoizola“
UAB "Termoizola" is a company operating in the industrial sector, specializing in scaffolding installation and thermal insulation solutions. We carry out projects in Lithuania and abroad, therefore we invite a project administrator to join the team, who would contribute to the smooth implementation of international projects and the administration of documentation for posted employees.
Your main responsibilities:
- Preparation, administration and submission of documents required for foreign projects to clients;
- Coordination of declaration processes of seconded employees and administration of related documents;
- Ordering A1 certificates, control of their receipt and validity periods;
- Administration and monitoring of validity of employee training, qualification certificates, permits and other documents;
- Organization of accommodation in foreign countries and administration of rental agreements;
- Organization of business trips, travel and accommodation reservations;
- Communication with employees, project managers, clients and business partners;
- Data entry, updating and administration in the systems used by the company.
What do we expect from you:
- Good oral and written knowledge of English and Russian; knowledge of French is an advantage;
- Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems;
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to plan and organize one's work;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
- Similar work experience is an advantage.
