Project Administration Specialist

By joining our team, you will take care of sports and physical activity projects and the clients implementing them. You will be the person to whom clients will turn when they have questions about completing project documents, need help, or when important project deadlines are approaching.

Your daily life will not be short of communication by e-mail, documents, reports, and solving different situations. You will need not only to be well-versed in the rules of the projects you administer, but also to be able to explain complex requirements to the client in a simple way, notice potential problems in time, and help solve them.

You will succeed best if you like order, do not like being late, are able to independently organize work, easily find a common language with people, and feel responsible for the result.

Your main responsibilities will be:

👉 Take care of assigned clients and the sports and physical activity projects they implement - from daily issues to successful project completion.

👉 Prepare and submit project activity and financial reports, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with funding requirements.

👉 Maintain constant contact with clients - consult, remind about important deadlines, help to get acquainted with project administration processes.

👉 Collect, check and systematize project documents, make sure that all necessary information is provided correctly and on time.

👉 Monitor the progress of projects, deadlines and obligations, notice possible risks in advance and look for solutions.

👉 Communicate with funding administration institutions, prepare responses to inquiries and coordinate the provision of additional information.

👉 Independently plan your work and ensure that several administered projects move in the right direction and on time.

✅ You are meticulous, responsible and notice details that others sometimes overlook. It is important for you not only to do the job, but also to do it qualitatively.

✅ You are a people person - you like to communicate, know how to listen, clearly convey information and find a common language with different clients.

✅ You are able to independently plan work, set priorities and not get lost when you need to take care of several projects and their deadlines at the same time.

✅ You know how to analyze and systematize information, quickly understand new requirements and are able to apply them in practice.

✅ You have excellent command of the Lithuanian language in writing and orally - you are able to prepare documents clearly, correctly and professionally and communicate with clients.

✅ You work well with Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel.

✅ You lack initiative - when you notice a problem, you not only inform about it, but also look for ways to solve it.

✅ You have a higher education.

We will consider it a great advantage if you have already worked with the administration of national or European Union-funded projects, prepared project reports, or have experience in client management or have worked in the accounting field.
