Project Administrator

UAB "Metalurga group" has been manufacturing and installing fences, gates and gate automation throughout Lithuania for more than 10 years. We are growing, so we are looking for someone who would help ensure the smooth organization of projects and become an important part of our team.

You will communicate with clients by phone and e-mail, informing them about the progress of the work
You will prepare and administer project-related documents.
You will enter and check project data in the system.
You will cooperate with sales, production and installation teams to ensure that all information is transmitted on time

You know how to communicate politely with customers on the phone.
You work carefully with documents and data.
You are able to manage multiple tasks at once.
You are good with computers and quickly understand new systems.

€1,200–1,400 in hand, depending on experience and competencies.
