By joining our team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing project administration tasks assigned by project implementation managers;
- Assisting project implementation managers in daily activities;
- Preparing various documents and project materials, updating, administering and archiving data;
- Monitoring project progress, controlling deadlines and communicating with the project team;
- Searching and analyzing information, preparing reports and performing other tasks assigned by project implementation managers.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in a technical, management or similar field;
- You have work experience in similar positions (an advantage);
- You have excellent organizational skills, are able to effectively plan work and manage several tasks simultaneously;
- You are able to perform tasks with high quality and meet agreed deadlines;
- You are a team player;
- You have good skills in working with the Microsoft Office program package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- You have work experience with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV program (an advantage).
