Project Assistant

We are currently looking for a team member who would help the sales team ensure smooth administration of daily processes. This is a responsible and dynamic position where you will be able to gain valuable experience in the field of real estate, grow professionally and contribute to the overall results of the team.

Job description:

• Administration of inquiries and preparation of responses based on the information provided (prices, plans, etc.);
• Creation, editing and placement of advertisements;
• Data entry, updating and systematization;
• Collection and management of documents;
• Informing clients about the necessary documents;
• Assistance to the team and manager in daily activities.

We expect that you:

• You complete tasks quickly and tend not to procrastinate;
• You are able to plan your time effectively and organize your work;
• You maintain order in the work environment and easily find the necessary information;
• You are responsible, meticulous and reliable, able to work with data;
• You have a higher education or are a final year student
• You are helpful and willing to help both clients and colleagues.
