Employee requirements
- Work experience as a site manager and project manager in Norway for at least 5 years
- Knowledge of construction processes and Norwegian legislation and construction work regulations.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Norwegian and Lithuanian.
- Independence, ability to work in a team, excellent organizational skills,
- Driver's license category B.
- Good computer skills, working with Microsoft Office, ability to read DWG and IFC
- Responsibility and ability to solve emerging problems.
- Knowledge of employee safety requirements.
- Recommendations substantiating work experience and skills.

JMB Prosjekt AS is a reliable construction company operating as a general contractor in the field of individual house construction. Currently, our team consists of 20 experienced specialists.
We carry out all basic construction work: concreting, carpentry, interior decoration and installation of metal structures. We entrust specialized work, such as electrical installation, plumbing, painting or tiling, to reliable and time-tested subcontractors.
We build from 10 to 14 residential houses annually. In 2026–2027, it is planned to build about 6,000 m² of total area. Currently, we have an order reserve for two years ahead.
