Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Organize the work of a team of engineers coordinating projects, issuing conditions and participating in the Company's projects
- Be responsible for the team's functions, their operation, indicators and changes
- Find the most effective, suitable for all parties, technical solutions in complex situations
What do we expect?
- Higher education in engineering sciences
- Work experience in the field of infrastructure, construction, territorial planning or other complex engineering projects
- Knowledge of construction processes
- Experience in leading a team of specialists or project management
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions, analyze the conclusions of specialists in different fields and make informed decisions
- Effective problem solving and risk management skills
- Ability to represent the organization's position in meetings, negotiations and coordination processes and reach constructive agreements
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills when working with technical specialists, project managers and other stakeholders countries
- Construction participant certificate would be an advantage
