Our client is a construction company specializing in international projects in Europe. As the number of projects grows, we are looking for a Project Director to join the team.
We are looking for a manager who will coordinate a team of construction project managers on international projects and ensure smooth execution of work.

Nature of work:
- You will coordinate the implementation of construction projects in Finland, Germany and other European countries - from searching and selecting subcontractors to controlling the quality and deadlines of their work.
- You will plan the course of construction work and the necessary resources, monitor the progress of projects and resolve operational issues arising at the facilities.
- You will ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with the established requirements and standards, supervise project documentation and coordinate project-related issues with the supply department.
- You will coordinate the work of construction project managers, maintain contact with teams at the facilities and participate in meetings with customers.
- You will look for ways to manage projects more effectively - improve work processes, offer practical solutions and implement tools that facilitate project management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management (international markets - an advantage).
- Experience working with more than one project at a time and/or experience managing project teams (an advantage).
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written - mandatory).
- Independence and ability to solve problems, manage a remote team.
- Initiative, strong result orientation.

- Salary: 6,500–7,500 EUR gross, depending on experience and competencies, plus additional bonuses for achieved results.
