We are expanding our activities and are looking for an experienced Project Director who will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of project activities. In this position, you will be responsible for project implementation, the activities of the design department, contribute to the development of the energy direction and ensure effective cooperation between different departments in order to implement the company's projects in a high-quality and profitable manner.

Responsibilities
- Lead the organization of project activities (E, SS, PVA) and ensure effective project implementation.
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the design department, ensuring design quality, meeting deadlines and effective resource allocation.
- Form and implement directions for the development of energy activities, initiate new business opportunities and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Lead the work of project managers, strengthen their competencies and ensure smooth mutual cooperation.
- Ensure control of project financial indicators, budgets, profitability and deadlines.
- Improve project management processes, implement efficiency-increasing solutions.
- Cooperate with customers, partners, contractors and suppliers, participate in negotiations and in the development process of the most important projects.
- Analyze performance results, prepare reports and submit proposals to the company's management for improving performance.
- Represent the company's interests in implementing strategic projects and developing long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of management experience in the field of projects or project activities.
- Successful experience in managing construction, engineering systems or energy projects.
- Knowledge of design processes and ability to organize the work of a design team.
- High financial and commercial literacy.
- Experience in managing budgets, profitability and performance indicators.
- Higher university education.
- Experience in the fields of electrical engineering, automation, low currents, HVAC, energy and (or) construction.
- Strategic thinking, leadership and result orientation.
- Ability to make decisions, initiate changes and mobilize a team for common goals.
