PROJECT FINANCING ANALYST (EU PROJECTS)

We will entrust you with:

• analyze documents, invoices and bills of quantities of projects financed with EU funds, identify eligible costs for EU financing for the activity reports of EU-funded projects prepared by project financing managers and payment requests submitted to the institutions administering EU funds,
• assist project financing managers in preparing applications for project financing from EU funds, compile, receive and otherwise process data and documents necessary for EU financing in the Company's document management and other systems of the Company and in the DMS INVESTIS system administered by the Central Project Management Agency,
• register signed contracts for project financing from EU funds in the Company's document management system and monitor the expiration dates of these contracts,
• accumulate, analyze and systematize data, prepare information for reports and presentations on EU-funded projects,
• contribute to the smooth operation of the department by performing other tasks related to the position.

It would be great if you:

• have a higher education in finance, economics, mathematics, data analysis, management or a similar field or are studying in the last year of higher education,
• are distinguished by analytical thinking, know how to analyze and systematize data, are able to work both independently and in a team,
• have experience with corporate information systems/programs, obtaining data from them and entering data about projects into them,
• have experience in analyzing and systematizing data using MS Excel, Power Point and other tools,
• are interested in new technologies and their application in everyday work processes.

2500-3000 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered, taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company.
