PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE

As the number of projects grows, we invite a technically strong, organized and responsible project implementation manager to join the team (field of activity: yard architecture, fences, railings).

The main goal of this position is to take over the deals concluded by sales managers and ensure the smooth implementation of the entire project: from the inspection and measurements of the object to the final project implementation.

Main functions of the project manager

• Take over the projects formed at the sales stage and assess their technical preparation and scope of work.
• Visit the objects, perform measurements and assess the installation conditions.
• Coordinate technical solutions and project implementation issues with clients.
• Prepare precise tasks for construction, production, supply, warehouse and installation.
• Ensure that the products and materials required for the project are prepared on time.
• Coordinate the installation work manager and installation teams.
• Control the project deadlines, quality, budget and costs.
• Promptly resolve technical and organizational issues and manage project risks.
• Organize the handover of work to the client and the final closure of the project.
• Independently manage several projects and be responsible for their results from takeover to completion.

This position will not require active sales or independent preparation of initial commercial offers. However, it will be necessary to assess whether the sold solution is technically correct, whether the scope of work has been properly calculated and whether the project can be implemented with high quality.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Technical / engineering education or practical technical experience.
• Experience in construction or metal construction project management.
• Ability to understand drawings, make measurements and evaluate technical solutions.
• Ability to independently manage several projects and organize work.
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality, budget and results.
• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Category B driver's license.
