PROJECT ENGINEER

Organize contractor tenders, conduct preliminary negotiations and prepare tender comparison tables.
Coordinate communication between the customer, designers and contractors, prepare meeting minutes.
Manage and administer the object's documentation in accordance with the procedure established in the company.
Ensure that contractors submit all mandatory documents (certificates, orders, guarantees, etc.) on time.
Organize the transfer of object documentation to the company's archive upon completion of the project.
Check the acts of completed work submitted by contractors, assessing their compliance with the quantities and prices provided for in the contracts.
Assess the compliance of the materials proposed by contractors with the technical project and applicable legal acts.
Prepare work act plans.
Prepare contractor selection plans.
Prepare additional agreements and other documents related to contract contracts.
Prepare project reports and analyses.
Prepare official letters to customers, contractors and other parties related to the project.

Civil engineering/Engineering education;
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs;
Proficiency in Autocad;
Organizational skills, responsibility, initiative, ambition;
Experience is an advantage.
