Project Engineer/Project Coordinator

Preparation and administration of technological cards.
Filling in the electronic construction work log.
Preparation and maintenance of work safety documentation.
Analysis of construction drawings and evaluation of technical information.
Calculation of material quantities, planning and coordination of orders.
Analysis, comparison and evaluation of supplier offers.
Administration of construction materials and product certificates.
Assistance in preparing construction work estimates.
Communication and cooperation with suppliers, work managers and other project participants.
Visits to construction sites, monitoring the progress of work and collecting information.

Knowledge of construction and engineering basics.
Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Logical and analytical thinking.
Responsibility, diligence and the ability to quickly absorb new information.
Ability to effectively plan work and solve problems.
ADVANTAGE: Working with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project.
