Nature of work
- Estimating: Detailed calculation of materials, labor costs and machinery requirements according to project documentation.
- Technical analysis: Analysis of drawings and preparation of quantity bills (from the foundation to the last bolt).
- Market pulse: Communication with suppliers, price surveys and selection of the most favorable offers.
- Tender preparation: Participation in the preparation of commercial offers and tender documentation.
Employee requirements
- Engineering education and excellent technical literacy. (advantage)
- Experience working with MS Excel. An advantage to be able to work with DWG programs
- Ability to see the whole: so that there are no errors in the estimate, which would later turn into losses on the object.
