Nature of work:
- Examining and optimizing project documentation.
- Calculating and checking quantities of materials and works.
- Preparation of tender materials of subcontractors and transfer to the purchasing department.
- Checking the acts of works performed by subcontractors and bringing them to the common databases of the company.
- Organization of subcontracting and materials tenders if necessary.
Requirements:
- Has a higher engineering education.
- You have a good knowledge of construction processes.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in construction management.
- Responsibility, independence and motivation are qualities close to you.
- Has experience in preparing tender materials.
