The Industrial Facilities Department of the Building Engineering Systems business of Caverion Lietuva is responsible for the services provided by the company - design, commissioning and technical maintenance of building engineering systems in industrial facilities.
Daily challenges:
- preparation of engineering solutions
- calculation of technical and economic parameters
- preparation of commercial offers
- communication with customers
- selection of subcontractors, selection and ordering of equipment
- control of project implementation schedules and quality control of installation works
Requirements:
- successful experience in similar work
- higher engineering education (building energy, electrical engineering or other related field studies)
- technical thinking, good organizational skills and initiative
- high motivation and desire for continuous improvement
