Nature of work
Preparation and completion of construction work documentation (filling in the electronic log of construction works; revision of work execution schedules; preparation of drafts of work change acts, written projects, various project progress reports, protocols, etc.);
Preparation of technical-financial (completion of cumulative documents for the completion of construction works and preparation of payment documents (F-2, F-3, Summary, etc.); analysis of project execution results and other relevant data, etc.);
Completing, registering and archiving the execution documentation of construction works and preparing the procedures for handing over the project to the builder;
Assistance to the project manager in starting and assigning projects.

Employee requirements
Higher university/non-university engineering education, can be a final year student;
Excellent computer skills with the MS 365 package, especially with MS Excel and Word;
Have working basics with AutoCAD, MS Project;
Ability to work in a team, properly organize and perform assigned tasks, cooperate;
Diligence, responsibility, critical thinking, creativity, good time planning skills.
