We invite you to join us if you are able to:
- prepare and analyze estimates for construction works (general construction and special works);
- analyze estimates for construction works submitted by subcontractors;
- communicate in Ukrainian (written and oral) with subcontractors, designers, customers and other project participants.
- organize tenders for the acquisition of materials/products/subcontracted works;
- prepare construction design/technical documentation for procurement;
- search for new suppliers (verbally and in writing);
- control the documents submitted by subcontractors (certificates, orders, guarantees, etc.);
- contribute to the project team in solving daily tasks during the implementation of the project;
- record production meetings.
We will achieve the best results together if you:
- You have a degree in civil engineering;
- Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken) / advantage - native Ukrainian;
- You have similar work experience - work experience in Ukraine would be an advantage;
- You are familiar with Ukrainian construction, production and technological processes;
- You are able to work independently;
- You have excellent computer skills (advantage - Autocad program management, use of at least some estimate calculation program);
- You are organized, responsible, proactive, ambitious.
